How do I provide the guest list?

After ordering, we'll send you a simple template to fill out with guest names and table assignments. We'll create the design from there.

What size do I need?

It depends on your number of tables and guests. As a rule: 24"x36" for up to 10 tables, 30"x42" for 10-20 tables, and larger for more.

How far in advance should I order?

Order at least 3 weeks before your wedding. We need time to create the design, get your approval, and produce the chart.

Can I make changes after the proof?

We include up to 2 rounds of revisions in the price. Additional changes may incur a small fee.
